RF-BM-2340B1 is new developed Bluetooth LE5.3 module based on TI CC2340R5. The CC2340R5 module enables you to embed the BLE to any application easily and quickly. It also supports ZigBee 3.0, which makes wireless connectivity possible in a wide range of scenarios.

RF-BM-2340B1 is a wireless module based on TI new released series CC2340Rx. The CC2340R5 module integrated a powerful 48 MHz ARM® Cortex®-M0+ processor, a matching, a high-performance onboard inverted-F PCB antenna, and the rich resources of memory. The up to 8 dBm TX power enable the Multi-protocol module to be able to more applications with high requirements and longer range. It not only supports the Bluetooth 5.3 Low Energy, but ZigBee 3.0, SimpleLinkTM TI 15.4-stack, and Proprietary system. RF-star embeds the BLE5.0 UART transparent transmission protocol, which makes it easy for your design and development. The new TI SimpleLink CC2340 series multi-protocol modules are well-suited for ESL, medical devices, consumer electronics and even automobile applications.

Supporting BLE 5.3, ZigBee, SimpleLink™ TI 15.4-stack, and proprietary 2.4 GHz protocols, CC2340 modules are suitable for Electronic Point of Sale, etc.

Serial Port (UART) Protocol

RF-BM-2340B1 is embedded with the BLE5.0 transparent transmission protocol (serial port protocol) to realize rich functions with AT commands.

Rich Resources

The CC2340R5 modules offer an in-system programmable flash of 512 KB, enough ROM for a bootloader and drivers of 12 KB, and an ultra-low leakage System RAM (SRAM) of 36 KB.

Superior RF Performance

Its output power reaches up to +8 dBm with temperature compensation, and the receiving sensitivity is optimized to -96 dBm for BLE 1 Mb/s and -102 dBm for BLE Coded PHY 125 kbps.
