RF-BM-2651B1 CC2651R3 Module

RF-BM-2651B1 is a single protocol module designed for lower-power wireless communication and advanced sensing IoT products. It supports BLE5.3, ZigBee, IEEE 802.15.4g, TI 15.4-stack(2.4 GHz). RF-BM-2651B1 is RF module which enables a higher requirements application with a relatively lower cost.

RF-BM-2651B1 single-protocol module is based on TI with a powerful processor of 48 MHz ARM® Cortex®-M4. The module integrates a 48 MHz crystal, a 32.768 kHz crystal, 352 kB Flash, 40 kB RAM, and a high-performance PCB onboard antenna. The high RF performance enables it well embedded in the grid infrastructure, medical applications, and retail automation.
