RF-BM-ND05I is an RF module based on Nordic multiprotocol SoC nRF52840 with a best-in-class 32-bit ARM® Cortex®-M4 processor. It integrates a 32.768 kHz and a 32 MHz crystal, a power filter, an antenna matching, and antenna options of an IPEX connector and an half-hole interface. It supports BLE stack v5.0, Bluetooth mesh, Thread, ZigBee, IEEE 802.15.4-2006 and 2.4 GHz proprietary. It also has a range of analog and digital interfaces such as NFC-A, ADC, high-speed 32 MHz SPI, UART, SPI, I²C, PWM, I²S, PPI and PDM. Its high-performance digital interfaces, robust connection distance, and rigid reliability are proved to apply in these IoT applications such as Internet gateways, industrail controllers and sensors, smart plug and metering, home & building automation and medical devices.
Advanced Peripherals
29 GPIOs in stamp half-hole package and rich peripherals such as UART, ADC, I2C, I2S are well-integrated, even high-speed 32 MHz SPI, NFC-A, PPI included.
Serial Port (UART) Protocol
The nRF52840 wireless module is embedded with the BLE5.0 transparent transmission protocol (serial port protocol) to realize rich functions with AT commands.
Powerful Processor
Based on Nordic nRF52840 chip, both RF-BM-ND05 and RF-BM-ND05I designed as a multi-protocol low-power RF module with a cutting-edge 64 MHz 32-bit ARM® Cortex®-M4 processor.
Multiple Protocols Supported
RF-BM-ND05I with an IPEX connector and an half-hole interface supports Bluetooth mesh, Thread, ZigBee, NFC, Matter and other 2.4 GHz proprietary, widely adopted in home and building automation and wireless sensor networks, etc.
