RF-BM-MG24B1 is an IoT multiprotocol wireless module designed on Silicon Labs EFR32MG24 SoC. It aims at the smart home, lighting and building automation, sensors, gateways and medical devices markets. The MG24 2.4GHz module is integrated with two crystals, a matching circuit, an Arm Cortex-M33 code, 1.5 MB of Flash and 256 KB of RAM, and a high-performance onboard PCB antenna. The compact size, robust design and low power consumption make it popular and stable in the target applications.

Its 32-bit 78 MHz ARM® Cortex®-M33 core can operate at an extremely low current at flexible power modes.
Rich Memory
The Bluetooth 5.3 module integrate a 39 MHz crystal and a 32.768 kHz crystal, up to 1536 KB programmable flash, and 256 KB RAM making it possible in many complex applications.
Multiprotocol 2.4 GHz Module
Based on Silicon Labs multiprotocol EFR32MG24 Soc, the 2.4GHz module is compatible with Matter, OpenThread, Zigbee®, Bluetooth® 5.3 Low Energy, Bluetooth Mesh, and 2.4 GHz Proprietary.
Wide Peripherals
30 GPIOs in stamp half-hole package are designed and rich peripherals such as Analog to Digital Converter, DMA, UART, RTC, I2C, Watchdog, PWM, etc, can be routed to any GPIO.
