RF-SM-1277B2 is a Sub-1G module supporting 433 MHz & 450MHz frequency. The main IC is TI CC1312R, its 48 MHz Arm® Cortex®-M4F main processor makes the RF module long range transmission and ultra-low power consumption. The antenna option of IPEX antenna connector and the half-hole interface enable the customer to choose the output way of RF signal. The TX power is up to 13 dBm, which enables the module to reach a longer transmission coverage and kindly to integrated to sensor controller, smart street light, building automation, etc. The CC1312R module also supports the transparent transmission protocol, so that you can use it to simplify the design workload.
Multiple Protocols
The CC1312R module supports IEEE 802.15.4g, IPv6-enabled smart objects (6LoWPAN), MIOTY®, Wi-SUN®, proprietary systems, and the TI 15.4-Stack (Sub-1 GHz).
Wide Radio Frequency
For the working frequency from 431 MHz ~ 527 MHz, the center frequencies can be met: 433 MHz 470 MHz, and 500 MHz.
External Antenna
An antenna matching and an option for RF output mode (IPEX antenna connector and a half-hole interface) make you flexible to connect your device.
Rich Peripherals
All digital peripheral pins can be routed to any GPIO and these interfaces including ADC, UART, SPI, I2C, I2S, RTC are available.
