RF-BM-S01 is a BLE4.2 module based on TI CC2540 SoC. The first generation Bluetooth 4.2 Low Energy Module is based on an 8051 core and integrates a 32 MHz crystal, a 32.768 kHz crystal, an LC balun, and a high-performance inverted-F PCB antenna. This module is the best choice for the USB dongle application, which makes it easy to establish a connection between a BLE device and the smartphone. This CC2540 module can be pre-programmed with the BLE master or slave protocol. Besides transparent transmission mode, the BLE protocol also supports the direct-driven mode.
